This project took shape from a proposal by a former senior
official of the Chicago Police Department for an ongoing televised
Safety Summit. Unfortunately, our outreach to the General Managers of
Chicago's six network TV stations was unsuccessful, and the six-month
window on this project closed. We deeply regret! But details of the
project are here so Chicago use them when it's ready to do so.
